Take the post bus to Rosenlaui, where the first route commences via Große Scheidegg to Grindelwald, always with the magnificent panorama of the Threesome Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.

Start the day with an ascent on the ‘Eiger Nordwand’ to Kleines Scheidegg. Follow the steep path that finally leads to Wengen.

Short trip to Lauterbrunnen and from here by train to Mürren. The trekking route leads past the Spillbodenalp to the Rotstockhütte. After a short stop for refreshments, climb the Sefinenfurgge and descend spectacularly to the Pochtenalp or the Griesalp

Today you join the Queen’s stage – a climb up to Hohtürli. After a long and steep ascent up to 2.843 m the alpine cabin on Blüemlisalp offers sustaining meals. Via Hohtürli and the moraines of Blüemlialp glacier you walk down to Öschinen Lake. Continue to Kandersteg (alternative from Öschinen Lake: take the cable car downhill).

Take the mountain railway up to Allmenalp, then ascent to Bunderspitz. A stunning panorama view of the surrounding summits is a well earned reward. Continue downhill to Adelboden.

Today you end the Bear Trek with a walking tour from Adelboden via Hahnenmoos to Simmental. At the foot of the Wildstrubel you spend the last night in the beautiful Berner Oberland.

Welcome to the heart of the Bernese Oberland! Your trekking tour begins in Meiringen, on one of Switzerland’s most beautiful Alpine routes.

First, take the bus to Rosenlaui, from where you'll hike to the idyllic Schwarzwaldalp. Once you arrive at the ‘Grosse Scheidegg’, you’ll be treated to a breathtaking panorama of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. A long descent takes you down to Grindelwald.

The hiking trail first takes you past the Eiger North Face and up to the ‘Kleine Scheidegg’. A sunny high-altitude trail then leads you to Wengen.

Take the train to Lauterbrunnen in the morning, and from there continue by cable car and then by narrow-gauge railway to Mürren. The trekking route leads past the Spielbodenalp to the Rotstockhut. After a short break, you’ll climb the Sefinenfurgge and descend along a spectacular route to either the Pochtenalp or the Griesalp.

Today, you’ll tackle the queen stage – the ascent to Hohtürli at 2,778 m. After a long and steep climb to 2,840 m, you’ll be rewarded with a hearty lunch at the Blüemlisalp Hut. You'll then descend via the Hohtürli and across the moraines of the Blüemlisalp Glacier to Lake Oeschinen. Continue on to Kandersteg (alternative route from Lake Oeschinen: take the gondola down into the valley).

Take the cable car up to the Allmenalp, then hike up to the Bunderspitz. Enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding Alps. From there, your route leads down into the valley to Adelboden.

The final stage of your trekking tour along the Bear Trek takes you from the well-known winter sports resort of Adelboden over the Hahnenmoos Pass into the Simme Valley. At the foot of the Wildstrubel, you’ll spend one last night in the beautiful Bernese Oberland.
