Walk towards the sun - with video
It is probably the interplay between the mountains and sea, between rugged rocky landscapes and glittering waves that make hiking tours in Mallorca so unique. Look out over the deep blue sea from the top of majestic peaks, hike along the coast and dip your toes into the cool blue sea. After an exhausting but beautiful hiking tour, rest your tired feet and enjoy olives, tasty Jamón Ibèrico and a class of full-bodied red wine in a small bodega, while somewhere a Spanish melody is plucked on a guitar. As your companion on hiking tours, we bring you the sun. We hope that’s ok with you?

Trans Tramuntana
The destination of this dream trip is the Serra de Tramuntana in the northwest of Mallorca. Our charming hiking trip in the northwest of the island starts on the Alcudía peninsula. After exploring the peninsula’s coast, hike leisurely to the famous Lluc Monastery. From there the tour, after an excursion to the Cuber reservoir, heads to Pt. Sóller before it ends in Playa de Palma after eight peaceful days. Look forward to wonderful hiking trails through this unspoiled landscape, to quiet hours travelling along peaceful coastal sections and to priceless hiking memories.

GR 221
During the Mallorca - Trans Tramuntana hiking trip, you will largely follow the wonderful hiking trail GR 221. It leads you through shady oak forests, ancient olive groves and over limestone from Port d’Antdratx, in our case only from Port de Soller, to the delightful Pollença. Along the way you will be climbing peaks with breathtaking views to compensate for the effort. We recommend sturdy footwear and a good physical condition for this tour.

Mallorca’s west coast
The west of Mallorca is one of our favourite hiking destinations on the beautiful sunny island. The west coast is shaped by the Serra de Tramuntana and is home to the highest mountains in Mallorca, including highest, Puig Major. But what makes the west coast of Mallorca so special? It is probably the unspoilt coastline, the dreamy fishing villages and the dreamy fishing villages that draw us hikers west. Places like Pollenca, Lluc Monastery – the largest pilgrimage site in Mallorca, Valldemossa and Soller await your visit after an eventful day of hiking. Here you will get to know the authentic Mallorca away from the tourist hotspots.

Culinary heaven
The whole world knows of paella, crema catalana and gazpacho, but have you ever heard of Arroz brut, cremadillos or tumbet? The Mallorcan cuisine doesn’t have to hide behind its mainland counterparts. In addition to fish and game, in Mallorca fresh vegetables, harvested regionally, are thrown into the pan. Please try the wonderfully fresh Trampó salad, the hearty Mollorcan soup with bread and the famous Mallorcan snails in garlic butter! Buen provecho!
