about Booking

As soon as you submit your booking request, our Travel Specialists check availability with the accommodation and other partners for your preferred travel date. Within seven business days, you'll receive a booking confirmation and invoice. At that point, your tour is officially booked.

If, unexpectedly, your preferred date or hotel category is unavailable, we’ll offer you an alternative option.

Please enter your voucher number or discount code in the designated field during the "Billing & Payment Information" step of the booking process.

Up to four weeks before your arrival date, you can reschedule your travel completely flexibly to another preferred date or an alternative destination. A rebooking fee of €50 per person* applies.

Your booking is a binding request and becomes a confirmed reservation once we’ve received final confirmation and from all service partners after sending the invoice.

The remaining balance is due no earlier than 20 days before the tour begins. Please note that no separate reminder will be issued for the final payment.

For bookings made within 20 days of the tour start date, the full tour price is due immediately. The booking confirmation/invoice includes the relevant bank account information as well as details for payment by credit card.

Please note that automatic payment confirmations are not issued.

Please include any requests regarding dietary preferences, traveling with pets, discounts, or similar items during the "Extras" step of the booking process.

At most starting and ending points of our tours, we offer extra nights or extended stays. For nearly all tours with daily arrivals, extensions are also possible in the stopover towns during the travel—however, only if booked in advance with your original reservation.

Please submit your requests directly during the “Stages & Transfers” step of the booking process. Additional nights at the start and end points are usually also available at short notice.

We want to make sure you feel confident about your stay. That’s why we include example hotels on each tour’s detail page to give you a clear idea of what to expect. For some tours, you can even select your preferred room category. After you confirm your booking, we’ll reach out to the hotels to secure your rooms. All our accommodations are carefully selected to ensure the same great quality and comfort throughout your vacation.

Breakfast is included in the price on all our tours. On selected tours, you also have the option to add half-board for an additional fee. Please indicate any dietary preferences, allergies, or intolerances during the “Extras” step of the booking process.

The return transfer to the starting point is subject to a fee and should be booked in advance (if it is available for your tour). You will find detailed tour-specific information in your travel documents. Please submit your request directly during the “Stages & Transfers” step of the booking process.

If you bring your own bike, a small additional charge will apply.
