Three hikers next to a wooden cross on a stony path in the Dolomites Nature Park with mountain panorama in the background

Idyllic mountain lakes, great Alps, green forests and the legendary Dolomites are accompanying you during your walking week through three nature parks. You have to do a detour to the “Drei Zinnen”. At the beginning Lake Pragser Wildsee welcomes you, in its crystal-clear water the face of mountain Seekofel is reflected. The loop tour around those well-known mountains offers a fascinating view onto the Sextner mountain range. Highlight is the view from Cortina, the pearl of the Dolomites, over some imposing peaks as the Cristallo group, the Tofane and the Fanes group.

At the start, the lake ‘Pragser Wildsee’ greets you with crystal-clear water, which also reflects the chalk-white walls of Mount Seekofel. On the circular hike through the three nature parks, you can not only marvel at the famous ‘trident’ and the Sesto mountains. The flora and fauna of South Tyrol can also be seen in all their glory in the protected reserves. The absolute highlight is certainly the view high above Cortina, the pearl of the Dolomites.

  • The Three Peaks: The same-named nature park of the Three Peaks is not only one of the most beautiful natural spectacles, but is also highly recommended for a hike in the Puster Valley.
  • Culinary delights: The interplay of different cuisines and traditions results in a wonderful composition of the purest culinary delights.

During your walking holiday you will hike through three of the eight nature parks. Immerse yourself in the silence, in the magic of the valleys and peaks. The diversity of the natural landscapes in the Dolomites can hardly be put into words. Stroll leisurely through the mountains of South Tyrol along marked hiking and mountain trails. You should still have sufficient strength in your legs so that you can fully enjoy the high-altitude trails. For most of the hike, there is a daily choice between a shorter and longer stage.
