Known as the ‚island of eternal spring’ the hiking paradise Tenerife is a divine year-round hiking destination. You can look forward to diverse hiking tours along the coast and through impressive volcanic scenery. In winter temperatures are usually around 20 degrees, slightly lower temperatures are found on higher altitudes offering ideal hiking conditions. In case you cannot or do not want to miss out on snow completely, then Mount Teide - as the highest peak in Spain - offers a wintry programme of contrast to the eternal spring present at an altitude of 3700 metres.
