Exercise 6: Tree climbing
In our opinion, exercise should be fun! Tree climbing is probably one of the oldest, most sustainable and most adventurous outdoor activities. So look out for a tree, start climbing and let nature work its magic!
Exercise 7: Bicep wood curls
A sporty upper arm is good in every situation. Simply look for a tree trunk the size you need and continue with the exercise until you start to get tired. Please make sure that your elbows stay next to your body and don’t move forward.
Exercise 8: Squats
A classic exercise. And rightly so! We owe a lot to the squat – for giving us strong thighs, back, glutes and trunk muscles. A real punch! For a clean execution, please ensure the back is straight!
Exercise 9: Running and jumping
We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: working out should be fun! So just start walking. No matter where and for how long – the main thing is that you are out in the fresh air, where you can clear your head. This way you can also do something good for the soul! If you get bored and come across a branch or stone, then jump! And remember, always smile!
Exercise 10: Push-ups
Push-ups sound a lot more active than planks – but they are the same! The absolute body weight classic helps you in many situations and specifically trains the shoulder, arms and chest muscles. Just do it as often as you can…then once more. Please ensure your back in straight.
